Title: Families of 9/11 Victims Outraged Over Plea Deals with Alleged Terrorists

The families of Sept. 11 victims are expressing outrage after the Defense Department revealed plea agreements with three alleged terrorists accused of plotting the attacks, including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the reported mastermind behind the devastation.

9/11 Justice President Brett Eagleson, who lost his father during the tragic attacks 23 years ago, demanded government officials uncover Saudi Arabia’s involvement in facilitating the terror during an interview on “Fox & Friends First.”

Eagleson emphasized the importance of a trial and hearing for the accused individuals, stating that America is founded upon the principles of justice. He stressed the need to uncover the truth about Saudi Arabia’s role in aiding the terrorists.

The Department of Defense announced that prosecutors have entered into plea agreements with Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi, who were awaiting trial in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba. The terms of the agreements were not disclosed, but the suspects will be spared the death penalty.

The defendants are accused of providing training, financial support, and other assistance to the 19 terrorists who carried out the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, killing nearly 3,000 people in the worst terror attack on U.S. soil.

Eagleson expressed his frustration with the plea deals, stating that he wants to know what the accused individuals know about Saudi Arabia’s involvement in the attacks. He emphasized the need for justice and accountability for the families of 9/11 victims.

The accused individuals are set to be sentenced in Guantánamo Bay on Aug. 5. Eagleson stated that whether they live or die is for God to judge, but he is focused on uncovering the truth about Saudi Arabia’s role in the attacks.

The families of 9/11 victims continue to seek answers and justice for their loved ones, as they grapple with the news of the plea agreements with the alleged terrorists.
