Jill Biden Defends Husband Joe Biden Amid Dismal Polling Numbers

First Lady Jill Biden is standing firm in her belief that her husband, President Joe Biden, will be re-elected despite recent polling showing former President Donald Trump leading in all but one battleground state. During an appearance on “CBS Mornings,” Jill Biden dismissed concerns about the state of Biden’s re-election campaign, particularly referencing a recent Wall Street Journal survey that found Trump ahead in six of seven swing states for the 2024 election.

When asked about the polling results, Jill Biden confidently stated, “No, he’s not losing in all the battleground states. He’s coming up.” She expressed her belief that once people focus on their choices, it will be clear that Joe Biden will win the election. Despite the survey results showing Trump leading in key states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Arizona, Jill Biden remains optimistic about her husband’s chances.

Reports have indicated that President Biden himself has grown frustrated and worried about his re-election efforts. In a January meeting, he reportedly reacted strongly to news of his declining poll numbers in battleground states like Michigan and Georgia. Biden’s alleged outburst reflects his belief that he is not receiving enough credit for his accomplishments and his desire to highlight his successes in different states.

Despite concerns over Biden’s age and energy, the first lady remains confident in his ability to secure re-election. She emphasized that she is not worried about the campaign and firmly believes that Joe Biden will win in November. As the 2024 election approaches, the Biden campaign faces challenges, but Jill Biden’s unwavering support for her husband signals a determination to overcome obstacles and secure another term in office.
