A fourth Banksy artwork revealed in London in as many days appears to have been stolen, adding a twist to the mysterious street artist’s latest creations. The Metropolitan Police confirmed they had received reports of a “stolen satellite dish containing artwork,” but no arrests have been made yet. Witnesses reported seeing men dismantling the satellite dish and removing the artwork, with one witness, Tom Kellow, describing a tense encounter with the thieves.
This latest incident comes after Banksy revealed three other black silhouette compositions around London earlier in the week, including monkeys swinging on a railway bridge in Brick Lane and elephant silhouettes on a house in Chelsea.
