A fourth Banksy artwork revealed in London in as many days appears to have been stolen, adding a twist to the mysterious street artist’s latest creations. The artwork, featuring the silhouette of a wolf howling at the moon on a satellite dish in Rye Lane, Peckham, south London, was unveiled by Banksy on Thursday. However, the Banksy press team told the BBC they “believed” it had been stolen.

The Metropolitan Police confirmed they had received reports of a “stolen satellite dish containing artwork,” but no arrests have been made yet. Witnesses reported seeing men dismantling the satellite dish and removing the artwork, with one witness, Tom Kellow, describing a tense encounter with the thieves.

This latest incident comes after Banksy revealed three other black silhouette compositions around London earlier in the week, including monkeys swinging on a railway bridge in Brick Lane and elephant silhouettes on a house in Chelsea. The series is set to conclude at the end of the week, according to the BBC.

The stolen artwork adds a new layer of intrigue to Banksy’s latest creations, leaving fans and art enthusiasts wondering about the fate of the elusive artist’s work. Stay tuned for updates on this developing story.
