Exclusive Photo of Dismissed “Egg Juror” Leaving Alex Murdaugh Trial Courtroom
The juror dismissed from the Alex Murdaugh murder trial, famously known as the “Egg Juror,” has been captured in an exclusive photo obtained by Fox News Digital as she exits the courthouse after her dismissal. Myra Crosby, the “Egg Juror,” made headlines during her dismissal when she requested her dozen eggs and purse before leaving, causing laughter in the courtroom.
Fox News Digital has released the photo following Crosby’s decision to speak out publicly for the first time in an exclusive interview with Fox News’ Martha MacCallum on Fox Nation. Crosby expressed her belief that the presiding judge made an error in dismissing her from the double murder case, alleging that the court clerk targeted her for removal because of her uncertainty about Murdaugh’s guilt.
Accompanying Crosby in the interview was another juror, known as “Juror Z,” whose real name is Mandy Pearce. The discussion comes in the wake of the South Carolina Supreme Court agreeing to hear Murdaugh’s appeal based on allegations of jury tampering.
Murdaugh, who was convicted in 2023 for the murders of his wife and son on a family hunting estate, is currently serving two life sentences. The jurors’ interview can be viewed in the Fox Nation exclusive “The Fall of the House of Murdaugh: From Egg to Z.”
In addition to the interview, Crosby has released a book detailing her experience during the trial, titled “Because Enough is Enough, A Tell All Book: How Juror 785 was Wrongly Kicked Off the Jury at the Alex Murdaugh Trial.”
