Tiffany Quynhnhu Langlinais and Michael Steven Graves may have had an unconventional first date in central New Orleans, but their love story has captured the hearts of many. After meeting on the dating app Hinge, Mr. Graves, affectionately known as “minivan Mike” to Ms. Langlinais’s friends, took her on a whirlwind adventure that led to a lifetime of happiness.
Their first date on Magazine Street was just the beginning of a love story that would take them on a journey across the country. From bowling in New Orleans to evacuating together before Hurricane Ida hit, the couple faced challenges and adventures that brought them closer together.
During a stop in Nashville, Mr. Graves asked Ms. Langlinais to be his girlfriend, and the rest is history. Their love story continued to unfold as they traveled to different cities, met each other’s friends and families, and eventually got engaged on a beach in Door County, Wis.
Now, the couple has opened a pop-up cake shop together and moved into a home just a block away from where they shared their first kiss. Their wedding at the Broadside in New Orleans was a celebration of their love and the city they both call home.
As they drove off in the green minivan after their wedding, it was clear that Tiffany and Michael’s love story was just beginning. From a chance encounter in New Orleans to a lifetime of happiness, their love story is one for the books.
