Title: AMC Theaters Partner with Blumhouse for Halfway to Halloween Film Festival

For five days starting on March 29, moviegoers at select AMC Theaters will be treated to a unique experience as they watch classic Blumhouse horror films on the big screen. This special event, known as the Halfway to Halloween Film Festival, is a collaboration between AMC and Blumhouse, the renowned horror film production company.

Blumhouse, known for producing over 200 horror movies and shows, has become a household name in the genre. With hits like “Split,” “The Purge,” and “The Invisible Man,” the company has solidified its reputation as a leader in the horror industry. Now, they are teaming up with AMC to bring some of their most iconic films back to the big screen.

During the festival, moviegoers will not only have the chance to watch these classic films but also be treated to special video messages from Blumhouse founder, Jason Blum. Each film will be introduced with a tailored message from Blum, offering behind-the-scenes anecdotes and trivia about the production. Additionally, directors James Wan and Mike Flanagan will make appearances in special video messages.

This partnership between AMC and Blumhouse comes at a time when the film industry is facing challenges due to supply shortages and delays. With major studios releasing fewer films, events like the Halfway to Halloween Film Festival provide audiences with a unique and exciting moviegoing experience.

For horror fans and movie enthusiasts alike, this festival promises to be a thrilling celebration of all things scary. As Jason Blum himself said, “Horror has always attracted misfits, me included, and participating in events like this allows me to celebrate that.” With the success of this festival, Blumhouse continues to solidify its position as a leading force in the horror genre, with even bigger plans on the horizon.
