Aragon App Launches Contest for Best DAO Feature Integration
Aragon, the popular platform for launching and participating in decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), has announced a new contest to crowdsource ideas for the next big feature or integration for their Aragon App. Since its launch in March, over 2,000 DAOs have been created using the no-code App, and now Aragon is looking to take it to the next level.
The contest, called “jokerace run on Base,” invites users to propose their favorite feature or integration to help DAOs run more smoothly onchain. The winning submissions will split a pool of 1,000 USDC, and all voting wallets will split another pool of 1,000 USDC.
Participants are asked to submit their ideas by September 19, with voting opening on the same day and winners being announced on September 26. Submissions can include dream integrations/features, explanations of why DAOs need them, links to relevant Github repos, and Twitter handles for those who are doxxed.
To participate, users will need to connect to Base, the blockchain network used by Aragon, and join the conversation in the Aragon Discord channel dedicated to the contest.
Whether you have a favorite DAO tool you want to see integrated, a specific EVM chain in mind, a new governance mechanism idea, or a UX feature suggestion, Aragon wants to hear from you. Submit your ideas before the deadline for a chance to see them come to life and win some USDC in the process.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to shape the future of DAOs with Aragon!
