Since the beginning of the year, Russia has launched a staggering 1,000 missiles, 2,800 drones, and 7,000 guided aerial bombs at Ukraine. Despite receiving some air defense weapons from allies, Ukrainian officials argue that the support is insufficient to counter the threat from Moscow.
In the city of Kharkiv, where residents live under constant air raid alarms, there is a sense of anger and disappointment over the disparity in international response.
