The stage is set for an epic showdown in the men’s basketball national championship game as the UConn Huskies and the Purdue Boilermakers prepare to battle it out in Phoenix.

UConn, looking to make history by winning back-to-back national championships for the first time since 2006 and 2007, is led by a lineup of experienced players who know what it takes to win on the biggest stage. Tristen Newton, Donovan Clingan, and Alex Karaban were all part of last year’s championship team and are hungry for another title.

On the other side, Purdue is on a mission to redeem themselves after suffering embarrassing defeats in the past two years. Led by two-time National Player of the Year Zach Edey, the Boilermakers are determined to make a statement and bring home the championship for the first time since 1969.

Both teams are ready to leave it all on the court and battle for the title of national champions. The game is set to tip off at 9:20 p.m. ET, and fans can expect a thrilling matchup between two powerhouse programs.

Stay tuned for all the action and updates from the game as these two teams go head-to-head in a battle for college basketball supremacy.
